Our treated and engraved coverslips are specifically designed to be used with our FiberComb system. The coating using vinylsilane has been proven, during extensive research at Genomic Vision, to optimize the binding of DNA molecules during the combing process.

All batches undergo a strict quality control to ensure that the DNA molecules are combed in a consistent and reproducible manner:
- Parallel DNA molecules combed with a constant stretching factor
- Homogeneous density all over the surface of the coverslip
- Low signal-to-noise ratio during fluorescence imaging
